FR was certainly and truly a wonderful read for me. As some pointed out, there has been a lot of discovery here, some wonderful (The Insequents and Viles arc) some deplorable at least in a way (The Old Lords have lost much of their charisma). But all in all, I just can't wait for the next installmen...

Lol, thank you for the interest and encouragements, Wyldewode, it means much  And yes, languages are tough sometimes, with French you have to hold on tight. I had the chance to speak it since my childhood, and it's nothing like Spanish and German I'm struggling with. And no matters my efforts ...

Itinéraires (What's this?)

Hey people, I hope it isn't the wrong place to post this. But I've noticed there were people here who also read French so I think this is a good opportunity to share with them some writings. To keep it brief, I'm on the verge of creating a publishing company. And to acquire enough knowledge and expe...

The price of beauty The train hums silently, and my spirit still cloudy with sleep, my limbs shivering, I contemplate… Today, the countryside has put on an immaculate coat. And trees, skeletal giants with manifold blazing arms, stand proudly as departed that are asserting life again. Their solemn i...

Wonder why if the accepted it why don't they publish it now???? Oh, lol, publishing takes time. And we must be happy for the work is from SRD, a best-selling author. Cause in normal terms, the process takes even longer. Sometimes years. But, hey, I understand your impatience, I'm feeling it myself :D

I'm simultaneously reading Elric's saga and Gloriana Or the Unfulfilled Queen. I must say that the prose of Mr. Moorcock in the last one is absolutely awesome 8O

Arthur C. Clarke

Well known for nonfiction science writing and for early promotion of the effort toward space travel, his fiction was often grand and visionary.

A chance it was one I knew about !

Elfgirl> Yeah, very funny that Question :D

As Wayfriend mentioned, the topic was about the nature of the couple not their accomplishments. A nature I could not grasp somehow. I've just gone trough re-reading that scene and I think I understand better. Now I think they are more close to being Forestal than human, and their power is more like ...

In French? oki doki!

This is my first venture here, and I must warn you that I am more acquainted with French than English so I suppose my poetry must have French influence of rhyme. I hope you’ll enjoy it somehow. In short, you judge... My heart still possess My heart still possess so many places to fill A gigantic cit...

EDIT-Heyo Alsem, can't help but notice you have a berserk avatar! I used to have a pic of guts in my sig, but I got rid of it because it took up too much space. Anyway, good to see a fellow fan!
