I'm surprised Billy Bob Thornton didn't get much agreeance. The character he portayed in Bad Santa was such an unpleasant a-hole yet redeemed somewhat at the end (plus the t-shirt and scruffy beard), was just how I pictured Covenant to look and act. I don't know if it's been mentioned yet...but a good actor to portray Covenant would be Billy Bob Thornton. I'm basing this on the movie Bad Santa
