On SRDs site in the From the Author -> News section, there is a brief mention of it being available from eReader.com and a mention in the same blurb about the reading being by Scott Brick. Since eReader sells eBooks (not audiobooks) and since SRD earlier did say the Scott Brick had bought the rights...

Thanks for the info. After 20 years it's almost worth paying higher prices on eBay but I'm sure I won't. Can't wait for the book, but you make a great point about that making it an even longer wait for the second book to arrive.

is WHERE are people getting copies of Runes to have already read it? I read the first chronicles at about the time The Power That Preserves was published. Read the second as they were released.
