Dear Universe, it's slowly starting to get unfunny. Can we please stop it now? I guess we all got the joke by now.

We've just been listening to Prince and the New Power Generation album Diamond and Pearls - that guy had incredible talent.

One of my favourites was Thunder - but I can't seem to find it on the web. There's a small tribute about his performance at the Super bowl a few years ago - here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NN3gsSf-Ys

RIP.

RIP

I'm not surprised you couldn't find a specific song of Prince's. He had the reputation of being dogged in putting out take down notices for unauthorized performances online.

Certainly the most prolific artist of our time, and arguably the most talented. It's looking like he's another victim of opioid addiction.

He was taken far too soon.

Yeah, he was amazing.

I'm afraid there's no denying
I'm just a dandelion

Prince's guitar prowess is on display for a tribute to George Harrison in the latter's "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" (fast-forward to 3:25, if you wish)

Clapton was once asked in an interview in Rolling stone what it was like to be the best guitarist in the world. He replied "I don't know - You'd better ask Prince".
President of Peace? You fucking idiots!

"I know what America is. America is a thing that you can move very easily. Move it in the right direction. They won't get in the way." (Benjamin Netenyahu 2001.)

....and the glory of the world becomes less than it was....
'Have we not served you well'
'Of course - you know you have.'
'Then let it end.'
