.. which was agreed was a tad gratuitous and potentially too arduous for Siri to accurately replicate and ... of course the ever popular other contender under consideration ....

Why is this ....
Because one day, a very long time ago, when dinosaurs roamed the earth and faeries were not creatures of myth, but lived freely among the denizens of the land, a great storm came upon the land blowing great gusts of wind hither and thither. One faerie names Mallory was lost to the land. The king of that land, a strange but comely fellow named TOM of the ic clan, raised a standard high calling on the fealty of the inhabitants to leave their homes to join him in search of poorly Mallory. He and his possy have been searching ever since.... even to this very day his call can be heard, in pursuit of Mallory.
Truth be known however, that Mallory is a despicable little turd
who enjoys the attention and craves the pursuit, always staying a few steps ahead of his pursuers.

It was really supposed to be named in pursuit of Mall or Y but some fingers were too quick on the draw and put it all in one word.
Now you ask why would it be called in pursuit of Mall or Y? Welll..... in simple mathematics when you are searching for a mall or an unknown variable you pursue Mall or Y. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Everybody knows the forum is titled In Pursuit of Mallory because its in fact a police call sign .. meaning of course .. high speed frog chase. Which on any normal day would be a municipality concern but once every four years, each leap year, the police must pick up the slack and pursue frogs jumping at phenomenally high speeds.. which as you would expect is a treacherous traffic hazard
