Shall we return to the topic? I found a bunch of DVDs at half price yesterday, so I got The Truman Story, LA Confidential, Total Recall, The Black Stallion, and Clear And Present Danger. It will take me a week to watch them.

I got Return of the King this morning!
The reality is in this head. Mine. I'm the projector at the planetarium, all the closed little universe visible in the circle of that stage is coming out of my mouth, eyes, and sometimes other orifices also.

I agree. :) I'm watching the scene where Crowe throws Pearce around the room, for the umpteenth time, right now at 2:30 AM. Having fallen asleep the minute I got home from work, practically. Ah, the vagaries of a clock that has nothing to do with life time.

:D Yes, silly in places, but a treat nonetheless.

Heh. I just watched LA Confidential again last night. It's been a while but this thread reminded me what a great movie it is so I just had to sit down and watch it again. The book is even better, if you've read that. :D

Did you just call me a Foul Duck? Heh . . . Um . . . Illegal, eh? Like, are they gonna check, and will my DVD player play it, since it comes from whatever faraway magic land you're shipping from? Heh.

It should do, although I couldn't play mine on my xbox, but would work on the pc. What does it all mean?

I thought I saw ROTK in the DVD store when I was doing my mass shopping. I passed it up because I assume they will put out an enhanced version in November, same as they did with the previous two.
