I have this great barbecue sauce that I like to cook drumstix in.....
2 tabs soy sauce
1/3 cup tomato sauce (ketchup)
2 tabs honey
1 tabs brown sugar
2 tabs cider vinegar
1 teas fresh grated ginger
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup hot water
* just combine all ingredients in a bottle and shake
Pour over drumstix and cook at moderate temp till done.
I like to add a little more garlic, honey and tomato sauce - you can experiment and adjust ingredients according to your own taste.
This sauce is really great for chicken wings and spare ribs as well

"Hellfire! Everybody in this whole business, you and everyone keep accusing me of being some sort of closet expert. I tell you, I don't know one damn thing about this unless someone explains it to me. I'm not your bloody Berek."
