The Bring-Along game

Post by shadowbinding shoe »

Lets help another game thread in this forum and win something while doing it. How? Here is a contest:

The "Bad Writing Game--Win Some GOLD!" needs judges to determine who is the best bad writer in the current contest. If you post your own opinion there, you win one point, if you bring someone else to do it, you win half a point. The one who accumulates the most points wins the game!

Current contest starts here: kevinswatch.ihugny.com/phpBB2/viewtopic ... 825#862825

I vote for Vraith's (the adult Harry Potter spoof. Much more readable than the original  ) entry in the current competition, (Worst Crossover Fiction).

I second this... (and checked with the current participants besides you, shoe) can we make it a poll, ending 1 week from your OP? (Monday)

And thank you a bunch for this offer to help me with the judging problem, shoe!
"People without hope not only don't write novels, but what is more to the point, they don't read them.
They don't take long looks at anything, because they lack the courage.
The way to despair is to refuse to have any kind of experience, and the novel, of course, is a way to have experience."
-Flannery O'Connor

"In spite of much that militates against quietness there are people who still read books. They are the people who keep me going."

I vote for the woman full of heroin, aka the Shoe'ster.
But it was a really close call and as I said before, all entries are brilliant.
Well done chaps!

All right. I edited the original post to include a poll. Sorry I didn't ask anyone else's permission. Haven't really thought about that. (I'm Not sure how the poll-clock works, does it begin ticking at the posting of the original post or does it start at the time of edit? so I made it 10 days)

And thank you Shaun for your vote :D

I think the time for voting is over.

The winner of the bad writing contest is: Vraith! Congraulations.

And the winner of our Bring Along game is: Linna! She voted AND invited others to participate. Congratulations.
A little knowledge is still better than no knowledge.
