Not sure who's done this yet. The image in this spoiler is what I had after five swaps. All five were full, double swaps. Whatever they're called. Both letters of each swap ended up green. But even with that beginning, I couldn't do better than 5. No matter what you do from here, there's no way to get the six remaining in less than five swaps.
