When you become a US citizen, I'll deign to answer this fully. The short version is this. Bush is trying to stay near the center and appease the liberal freak contingent of this country by proposing things that are impossible to do. :P Yes, it's true. I've absolutely NO idea what you people are talking about, though I am aware that's it probably some kind of secret code language, and that I may well be reviled for attempting to participate in a discussion I obviously don't understand.

Halfway down the stairs Is the stair where I sit. There isn't any other stair quite like it. I'm not at the bottom, I'm not at the top; So this is the stair where I always stop.
