Tom beat Chrysalis and I have to play him. Perhaps I should play Hier and dAN again and learn MORE as they defeat me (again) so I can give Tom some competition.

Well, I thought I needed practice so Hier kindly agreed to play me.

The first game was close - until Hier methodically picked my pieces off and mated me! 1 down.

But the second game I stayed close .... and then one pawn-queen promotion and I WON!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!

Tom - watch out - I'm trying to get ready to give you a GOOD game!!
