We had a great thread about this before, but I can't find it....
I always thought samadhi Sheol was probably the greatest....at least he seemed to always get the assignments requiring the most trust from LF, and usually wielding the most power. For example, he controlled the king of Doriendor Corishev, he led the largest army Foul ever created in TPTP, and he controlled the Clave, and therefore the Banefire.
Others have argued that turiya Herem must've been the greatest, because he was chosen to massacre the Giants.

Not so. Even siblings as close as twins and triplets have a definative hierarchy. I'm finding the idea of the triplet ravers very amuzing. I can just see them all dressed in those knee-high shorts and a cap for their first day of Raver school. Each with identicle lunch boxes, the way some mothers have an odd tendency of dressing multiple birth children exactly the same. LOL
Oh, that is RICH!!! I.B., I spat milk on my cat from that one!

I think it would be a safe bet that the Ravers are equal in actual power. However, LF seems to play them off each other - i.e giving samadhi an important job here and having turiya kill the Giants, etc. He does this in an effort to keep them occupied with each other rather than try to undermine his authority. I suppose this has worked to an extent over the years.
For the most part they vie (sp?) for his attention, yet sometimes they have tried to seize power, IIRC.

Satansfist calls himself the right -hand to the Despiser in The Power That Preserves, so I always thought it was him. of course it could just be sheer arogance.
