Reading Festival!

Post by Revan »

For those who don't know, Reading is the biggest 3 day rock Festival in the UK... Sadly, work only let me stay for two :?

WOW! it was amazing! I saw quite a few bands... I generally liked all of the people I went to see... Apart from one idot... Fifty Pence or something... total moron... I'd rather be force fed s**t than have to go through the painful torture of listening to that moron again... In fact... I discovered I was "force fed s**t"... they forced that by making me listen to him... holy crap I wanted a rifle to blow his head off,

moron.

*Speaks to self* That's it Darth, you focus on the positives

heh, it was pretty good... Weather was awful. Me and Sarah were hard put to keep warm. I need 30 blankets to keep myself from turing to ice. 8)

heh, has anyone else ever been? :)

Rock festival? Pish! :P Actually, I've thought about going there before, but never actually gone through with it. I wanted to go when NOFX and the Offspring played, a couple of years ago.

The real rock festival is Bloodstock, coming up next weekend - though i can't go this year :(

I used to live in Reading, but never actually went to the festival *shame*. i always had to work at the supermarket stocking the shelves full of bog roll while muddy people came in and bought cases and cases of beer.

have just caught some of the highlights of Reading Fest on ITV2.
Yay it rocks baby!

Gotta love the 5678s, mainly for their spangly outfits.

Reading sucks eggs and you all know it!
The reality is in this head. Mine. I'm the projector at the planetarium, all the closed little universe visible in the circle of that stage is coming out of my mouth, eyes, and sometimes other orifices also.

Mwahahaha its all part of my cunning plan :shifty: I will keep changing my username and picture until your minds can no longer take it and you begin to weep and become weak and feeble and cower in my presence and then i will force you into being my minions to do my bidding. WE WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!! MWAHAHAHAHAH

So, which one is better? Reading or Leeds?

Gotta be Reading, just because Yorkshiremen suck.

this year (2005) has , i believe, Foo Fighters, Megadeath

while T in the Park has Foo fighters and Green Day. and i am going!!!!
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Full of the heavens and time.
