I thought this movie (Ladder 49) was brilliant! I think John Tavolta's acting was a little off, but wow I was engaged. Mr. Phoenix did a stellar job. This was almost better than Backdraft, but that was a classic. I definately think both guys and gals can enjoy this because there is a lot of men in action and just a touch of romance. Didn't really care for the women sobbing behind me though. I was thinking, "Is there snot in my hair?"Have you seen the movie? If so, what'd ya think?
If not, why?
I want to see it, but I think Travolta's "comeback" has now overexposed himself right into the dirt.
