I remember when Big Love first came out and on david letterman or one of those shows they spent the longest time trying to figure out which of the women was producing those moans.

Did they come to a conclusion?
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. I have to agree with the Duchess--soft jazz. Our favorites include Ramsey Lewis and Mancini. (but then, we're old folks.) Image

Wicked Game. Great choice.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Right on, Syl. The instrumental version minus the lyrics is what I like to hear the most when 'in the mood'.
....but the lyrics are pretty cool too. 8)

Makes sense to me, ladies! Keep it simple!

Was listening to some radio station that I don't usually listen to and they played "Nights In White Satin" by Moody Blues.
*phew* Forgot how sexy that song was.......and I'm adding it to the list. :)

I'm not too familiar with much of what the Moody Blues did, Brin - NIWS is about the only one I know off-hand, and it sure does hit the spot, so to speak :)

Lady In Red, Chris de Burgh (?) has also been brought to my attention just recently and I feel it is also "List Worthy" ;) A great song for starters ;)
