There's quite a bit of discussion about guttergangs in the Gap Cycle. Three of the series' most prominent characters have origins in guttergangs (Angus Thermopyle, Milos Taverner, and Warden Dios). It's kind of interesting how they went on completely different paths despite similar origins..
Anyways, my question is this: Are guttergangs SRD's vision of the future? Crumbling social infrastructure, education system, anarchy, etc.. Is this what SRD really thinks and do you all agree with it?

Maybe you should ask him on his site.Angus Thermopyle wrote:Anyways, my question is this: Are guttergangs SRD's vision of the future? Crumbling social infrastructure, education system, anarchy, etc.. Is this what SRD really thinks and do you all agree with it?

Maybe it is SRD's expanded version from "A Clockwork Orange" type of society.
