I never really played PS2 or X-Box since they were my brother's, so I'd say PS1 for sheer number of quality games

Ok, now that DR is gone(at least temporarily) I am free to say how RUGGISH the X-box is compared to the PS2...

in short, PS2 rules, X-box blows

Ruggish? You think X-Box is similar to a small floor covering?

Anyway, you're right. PS2 is better - X-Box is too big and clumsy (controllers are worse than Nintendo make), ugly, and they seem to think good graphics = good game...

I championed the Xbox for so long, but PS2 has more games, many of them of high quality. Star Ocean is the best yet...

But I have changed my vote to PS2!

PS2 just has more games, and so, despite the fact that I don't have to buy a memory card with XBox, I'm backing Sony. :D

I will stand with you Revan, X-BOX is the best. The controlers are better then PS2 because they are bigger. I don't have small girlish hands (no offence to anybody of the girlish persuasion) and when I am playing the PS2 I alwaysd hit more buttons than I intended. Every time I play the PS2 I fear recieving an RSI because I have to try and twist my thumbs into never before seen shapes in futile attempts to only push one button with the very tip of my thumb wile still trying to hold on to the the controler. PS2 stands with Game Cube in the game catigory because of Halo and Halo 2. If the PS2 gets a smash hit that is only available on that system then maybe the gap is a little bit smaller. But I don't see that happening any time soon. Once you go X-BOX you never go back.

I sold my Xbox a couple months ago and bought back my old PS2. No one console is inherently "better" than the other--that's all subjective. It amazes me that people actually convince themselves that an opinion like "Xbox games are better than PS2 games" is an absolute fact, because it's not. It's all a matter of taste.

Don't get me wrong, Xbox is great. Technologically speaking, it's definitely the most versatile system; it has the hard drive, the most advanced specs, etc. That's great, but the software--not the hardware--is where it's all at, in the end.

If you're more interested in the Xbox library, then that's the way to go. Personally, I'm more into RPGs, and PlayStation 2 is definitely the place to go. And if you like Nintendo's brand of tried-and-true games (Zelda, Mario, Metroid, etc.), then GameCube should be your first stop. I've said it before and I'll say it again: all systems have their pros and cons.

Ok, my former statement applies to everybody but Lord Foul. And I guess everybody else who does things like that. Because there are people who apply to this statement I guess it is based in truth and should be widely used.

So, does me having a saying make my point more valid than yours beause all you have is a fact. I hope so, I think im loseing here

Not being insulting, but could you reword that or clarify it for me? Thanks. :D

I was hopeing you wouldn't ask so I would get out of this unscathed. But I admit, my saying about going X-BOX was wrong, Foul wins. And his prize is....... ummmm...... an......invisable robot. It will be delivered to your house during the night and you wont know it.
