Well? Okay, lets vote on dissecting Potter. If we can get enough votes, we'll do it.

I want to, but now is not a great time. Can we leave it for a bit?

You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.

He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

Is there really anything in HP that is worthy of dissection? Would it not be akin to dissecting Mallory Towers by Enid Blyton, with a bit of magic thrown in for good measure?

The reality is in this head. Mine. I'm the projector at the planetarium, all the closed little universe visible in the circle of that stage is coming out of my mouth, eyes, and sometimes other orifices also.

Perhaps we should wait until the sixth book is due to be released. by then we should be finished both the second chronicles and Runes of the Earth and so those of us involved in any of those won't be dissected of our feet.

Well, that's the thing. I would love to help dissect HP or TDK by King or anything by Tolkien...but between TCTC and MN, and the upcoming dissection of Dune, I am afraid of that dreaded disease "Dissection Burnout".
Once Donaldson's works are finished, it would be very cool to do at least one book from each author in the library, though.

I would be willing to give it a go.
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

I'm a "newbie" here...but I would do a chapter dissection (just not from book 6, because my inconsiderate best friend has not yet bothered to return my book)
May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're dead.

"Honestly; by the end of the Chronicles Lord Foul isn't going to be the Despiser anymore (we all knew he had to come to an end), however I find it vexing that the only reason is because he feels unworthy of the title and resigns to let Linden take his badge, Illearth Stone, and the keys to Linden's Creche."-Revan
