It seems suddenly everyones icons are new and improved, with a slight similarity in style... what gives? O_o

I made mine, perhaps I should make a new improved one.

I felt like all the new avatars were a "toast" of sorts to the release of Runes.

If not, I'll pretend it is anyways.

Nosferatu, eh? Good call, danlo. I thought the picture was a little sinister too, so Edge made me an alternate one. Now the image is a bit more obvious.

What I do not understand is when we register we can only have avatars that are 100 x 100 pixels and no more than 10 kb --- What must be done so we can all have big avatars?

They do look nice and that is coming from someone who sees.

Edge's large avatar creations are linked off-site, so they don't actually take up any space on Kevin's Watch itself and thus avoid the 100x100 size restriction. Just PM him if you would like your own custom made "Edgetar." He welcomes all requests, as far as I know.

Egad, you're using a line from Runes in your sig? Er, hint, hint: use...spoiler...function...there are some among us who still haven't read the book...you know, I should just throw in the towel. Just being at the Watch--even though I've avoided the Runes forum--has exposed me enough to clues and hints that the book has already lost much of its mystery to me. I think when the time comes for Fatal Revenant, I will simply have to completely avoid the Watch in the immediate months before and after the book's release.
