Will Gilden Fire be included as part of teh movie(s)? i think this is a highly importand part of the series after readign it, although it is short.
It is the Würd of The Earth i pay hommage to. It is among the Elohim i exsist and serve.
Yet it is the Borg I am always with.

Not a bad question I guess. If they stay true to the original books, one would think that they'd stick to what was done in the original Illearth War. Plus there's that whole thing about the reason Gilden Fire was cut out...because it was from someone in the Land's POV instead of Covenant's. Be curious how they do that.

Concidering they'll have to cut a crap load of the story anyway just to make it fit into a 2-3 hour movie, I'd expect something like that to get cut though.-jay

I suspect they may even cut out all of the first Haruchai's story - just have him briefly summarize, and then leave it until KW when we hear the end of it before actually showing any of that quest.

If LOTR offers any insight, then it might become necessary to explicitely show what was, in the original story, only mentioned afterwards, or third hand, or in a side story.

On the other hand, I don't feel that there's anything urgently needed from this missing chapter.
