Penance Due
Laughing at my fate,
I leave this world behind
My soul is now descending,
Free from this life that binds
Hell's fire now awaits,
To consume me, I am sure
My mortal life is over,
For life, there is no more
I'll now pay for all my sins,
But in life, I left a path
A path of deadly ruin,
Of destruction and of wrath
I said society was to blame,
But that I know was false
Because torture was my passion,
And killing was my pulse
The jury, they were ruthless,
They said I'd kill again
Then sentenced me to death,
To atone for all my sin
So now my life is over,
And do I repent all that I had done?
Nah, I don't think so,
It was just too much fun
So Satan, please accept me,
Welcome me into your Hell
I made myself this fate,
In your fires I shall dwell.
