Well, I suppose we have to tolerate them. It is a TCTC site, after all.

I picture the guy with the broken glasses that are held together with tape.

If you call me one more word with "ness" in it, I will be forced to strangle you.

two unalterable symbols of the world;
permanence at rest, and permanence in motion;

Despiser are all well and good, as long as they don't start annoying people. :)
Beware of cutlery. It is violent. And sharp.

Vayne has a good siggy-sense. ;)

Feh. Give Despisers some slack. It’s quite hard for them not to act angst-filled, especially when they’re members of the world’s non-religious 10%.

Despisers are great
They're the toast of the town
Life's always better
With a despiser around
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

and you think Love's a bit trite
just call a despiser
he'll see you right!

Sounds like a poetry jam! Although, I'm going to veer from subject with this one, cause it's not a TOTAL oxymoron of the word despiser:

I'm
Roasting on an open fire,
Burning up with desire.
I
Want
You too.

I'm
Building up a blazing pyre--
Got to get a bit more higher.
I'll
Make you blue.

Why
Is it when I hear you say
“I love you” that I look away.
I
Love you too.
---
Just a neat quirk:
I can never find the right tune on my guitar for the above song/poem unless I start singing the words themselves as I play. After I finish singing it, I try to play the tune by itself, but I never can!

Bravo Bravo :)

Love the new Pink Floyd quote and avatar.
A despiser who plays the guitar rocks in my book. :P
"Hellfire! Everybody in this whole business, you and everyone keep accusing me of being some sort of closet expert. I tell you, I don't know one damn thing about this unless someone explains it to me. I'm not your bloody Berek."
