She's obviously missed the point about Covenant, but it certainly appears that the similarities between Warden's work and TCTC are more than just superficial.

I'm inclined to agree with Myste though, he isn't likely to be shifting many copies. Christian fiction is a niche market and Warden's official discussion boards have less than 50 members. The internet is a very easy place to stir up trouble and I can't help thinking that maybe it's best to let sleeping dogs lie. Or lying dogs sleep, I can't decide.

It's quite possible that this guy didn't knowingly rip-off Donaldson.
He's said it's been a long time since he read the Chronicles, perhaps in the interworkings of his mind, when he decided he wanted to do a story about a real-world/fantasy-world swich-a-roo, some of the aspects from the Chrons and The Land crept into his imagination.
I mean, why would he rip-off 6 bestsellnig books intentionally?
I hope no more watchers send him offensive messages; I think the point has been made, and he answered as honestly as he could.
