Having taken the test, I would say that, in general, it's pretty close to being right.

Not too sure about mine. I work permanent off shifts, and always feel like hell warmed over in the morning...the test said I should feel most tired about 4-5PM...but I am usually wide awake and quite happy then... :?

But I do admit to taking naps on my days off about that time... :faint:

Hahaha... I should be noticeably sleepy at 4 am... why on earth would that be? :faint:

I should be sleepy at 4:15 pm. Good thing it only lasts for a minute...... :screwy:

The most sleepy point of my day is 4.45pm, apparently. My experience would suggest 2.30 is closer to the mark.

You will start to feel noticeably tired at 14:00 and you will feel most tired at 14:00

My sleeping habits of late may have skewed the results a little tho. ;)
