Eliza Dushku--Faith!! AHHH!!! And ANYA!!!!!
Okay, that’s the funny thing about Buffy.
There’s something about it that makes guys like me sit down and watch--guys whom more so than often would rather read than watch the boob tube. Hmm, speaking of such, I wonder what makes me watch Buffy?
All I know is the only time I ever watch TV is for the back-to-back episodes of Buffy that start at 6-o-clock and run for 2 hours! That and the Simpsons!
Also, Xander's the man. He gets all the demon-chicks.

I've never gotten Buffy, myself (really, what dimension do you guys who find Gellar attractive hail from? she's nothing compared to Swanson... same one as the Callista Flockhart admirers, I'd guess). Some of the side characters (Xander and Willow, mainly) have some appeal, but the lead ruins it for me.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Turn left at this exit for the land of opinions! Callista looked fine, to me--before the one-calorie diet, that is. Not even the lesbian kiss episode could get me to watch after that. By the way: I hail from the red-blooded dimension.Caer Sylvanus wrote:she's nothing compared to Swanson...

I watch Buffy and Angel too as a matter of fact. I like Vampire stuff. I love Xander with all his goofiness and Spike is pretty cool too. The character of Buffy does nothing for me, yeah she can kick butt, however I like the character of Willow much better. Buffy may have the brawn (and the glamour) but I like Willow's smarts.

Actually, I'll agree that she's not been da bomb in the last couple of seasons. But the first few...

Anybody see last week's TV Guide? Spike is apparently going to be on Angel next season!!!! Go figure. They'll figure out a way to make it happen.

Yeah, he was certainly better when evil, and pre head-chip. Although, one of my top few favorite episodes is post-chip. The one where Buffy makes him tell how he killed the two slayers? Man!! The one on the subway is awesome! The way it goes back and forth, and has him on the subway talking to Buffy in the present.CovenantJr wrote:Spike was the man when he was evil.
