If you need something to put a smile on your face on this rainy day, and if you are a fan of the original trilogy, then check out the weblog where I've put a link to Darth Vader's blog!!!

Someone on shadowmarch.com found this. And I have to say that it made me laugh on more than one occasion!;)

Enjoy!!!

Dear House of Ozzel,

I regret to inform you that your son has been killed in the line of duty.

He was an incompetent, yammering boob and he will be missed by none. I have allowed the men to pillage his personal belongings, which is why we have enclosed nothing but the sole remaining item: a torn advertisements page from a magazine of midget pornography. May it shock and disturb you, and may you think of it always when you remember your dearly departed son, the ninny.

Know also that his limitations as a sub-par military professional caused the deaths of many of the Emperor's loyal soldiers, whose funeral expenses will appear on your next tax assessment.

Sincerely,
D. Vader

#1 This is a serious question:Does Anakin get his jewels burned off? I have seen some nasty stills from RoTS and I don't see how they could have made it.That said does castration not cause a typical reduction of aggressive and violent tendencies?I guess the Emperor could have kept Vader pumped up on roids or he could have just been running on Darkside power.Pretty stupid question eh?Oh I get it!That is exactly why he was pissed off all the time and so eager to use his long red lightsabre  yea it all makes sense now.

I just read my last post again, and I love "may it shock and disturb you" so much, I think I'm going to incorporate it into everyday speech.

i shall think on that, and be dismayed

anyway, i saw anther preivew before Hitchhiker's guide... over the weekend and saw that scene with the line "chancellor your under arrest..."are you threatening me master jedi?" and i dont really see how that coule be misconstrued as crappy dialogue or whatever was orignally said about it...i think they were just fine, and it fit perfectly...i saw nothing wrong with it...

that being said, i am eagerly awaiting ep III

The latest Star Wars soundtrack was released today, and big fan that I am I bought it, of course! As are most of John Williams' scores, this particular one is brilliant. I've had time to listen to it as a whole only once, but already I have fallen in love with the soundtrack.

Unfortunately, there is no track quite like Duel of the Fates from The Phantom Menace, but The Revenge of the Sith theme is actually quite good. So by all means, don't have any reservations about purchasing this CD.:-) You won't regret it!

And to make it even more appealing, the soundtrack includes a 70-minute DVD titled Star Wars: A Musical Journey, which is almost worth the price by itself.
