The radio at the moment
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Full of the heavens and time.

My Sharona is by The Knack. What I Like About You is by The Romantics.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Listening to 1st disc of my new 14-disc box set. Includes all of Beethoven's 32 sonatas, his 5 piano concertos, and the triple concerto, as well. And all of it played by none other than Claudio Arrau!

Just finished listening to Beethoven's 5th piano concerto. Very good, but I still prefer No. 2 by Brahms. Now listening to my favorite live album: "Procol Harum Live in Concert with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra", circa 1972.
