...Perhaps some one could research this one out,,I only heard it from a fellow employee, who has tendencys for such..It goes somewhat like this..There is this hacker. He gets into hacking into places he doesn't belong. His escapades lead him into US government and Pentagon data bases. He gets caught. He tries to bargin with prosecutors. He mentions some files about " alien intellegence" and 40 some "alien intelligent" beings and some 6 or 7 "ships" they are on with names not mentioned in any other file.

...The prosectors take a step back. The Hacker tries to bargain for only a light sentence of a few years behind bars at the most. The prosecutrs consult and come back with a " deal",He signs off of ever seeing the files, its all bs,,then is promptly told hes in the hoosgow for life..70 years behind bars. Just about a perfect conspiracy theory....MEL

Is this a hypothetical situation, or is it being applied to a real hacker trial?

Guy got caught hacking department of defense systems. Claims he knows of aliens etc. This would make things very difficult for him. They make a deal, he agrees to it. Then they renege on the deal and throw him into jail. As he signed a statement he cant claim he saw evidence of aliens.

The fellow whom claimed that he worked at "Area 51"
and seen first-hand the alien spaceship that crashed by Roswell?
(Maybe the teflon and velcro ideas weren't myth?)

His name is Robert Lazar. He claims he worked in Area 51 yet there is NO record of him being educated as an engineer. Likely he made the whole story up.

..The telling i heard had him a young hacker. I will inquire as to name (which was mentioned but didnt commit to memory)...No, this story did not mention Mr Lazlo.,,just that the hacker claimed seeing files of 40 some beings of alien intelligence stationed on 6 or 7 ships whose names are nowhere else mentioned or known of. He claims that these were US Air force files.

..The story is of classic format with the unprovable nicely woven in making it a conspiracy theory. I thought some body mite kno more. So I'll check in with the fellow repeating the story and get more...........MEL
