Sins of Desire

Post by jelerak »

Ok...it has been a while (quite a while, actually) since I have posted anything new here...so here is one that has been sitting on the shelf for a while gathering dust.

I hope that ya'll like it.

********************************

Sins of Desire

Sins of the flesh,
Sins of desire,
This sin I’ll commit for you
The sweet pain that you’ve caused,
The sweet pain that you are,
The sweet pain that we shall go through
Your flesh is hot to the touch,
Flesh so hot with desire,
Flesh bare before my eyes
I tremble with fear,
Tremble with lust,
Tremble to stroke your thighs
Your hot breath on my neck,
Your moist breath in my ear,
Your sweet breath entices me so
Anticipation is fear,
Anticipation so real,
Anticipation to let our love flow
Then we are one,
One body, one soul,
One, together forever to be
Then we collapse,
Collapse in our love,
Collapse as our spirits fly free
Eternally made,
Eternally bound,
Eternal as the sky is blue
In death we will part,
But in spirit live on,
Our love, forever be true
I lay at your side,
You lay there with me,
We lay as our souls touch the sky
A pact made in true love,
A pact made out of fear,
A pact, our love never to die.

Wow! I really like that. The rhythm is constant, and works well, and it has some interesting metaphors.

Thanks Loremaster.

I always liked the flow to that one.

It's kind of off topic compared to other things that I have written, though not completely, but I am proud of it none the less.
