Back to the intial question posed that started this thread, I think that the Creator may have posessed, or at least placed, somebody into Covenant's time. However, I'm not sure of why he did it. Linden seemed to have been chosen when her father killed himself, setting her course for her. (Of course, I'm sure that was all Foul's doing.) If you all remember (and I'm sure you do) Foul had the ability to stretch across the realms as well.

I've always felt that it's all in Cov's heart. But with the 2nd Chrons. SRD decided to add Linden, a 'real' real person because it would be the natural progression in many a ways.
