Are you ready for some (SEC) Football???!!

I remember Chris Leak his freshman year coming into Death Valley and beating us (LSU) two years ago. That was our BCS Championship team. And that (I think) was a much better team than we have this year. I was so impressed by this true freshman coming into one of the most difficult atmospheres in college football and pulling off the victory. I thought then that we would be in trouble for the next 3 years or so whenever we play Florida.
He does not look at all like the Chris Leak that stole that one from us 2 years ago. That (to me) points to lack of development of a talented young player, and an offense that is not tailored or accentuated to his play making ability on the field.
Is Meyer going to go the same road as Zook did? I liked Ron Zook, and was sorry to see him go as the Saints' D coordinator. Just look how well we have done on defense since his departure down in N'Awlins...
Oh...and rest assured that I will be pulling for Florida over Georgia. We jumped up 3 spots in the polls just this past weekend.
War Eagles??? Hopefully they have some carrier pigeon genes in them, so that they can find there way home after we knock them senseless this Saturday.
(edit : you gotta love trash talk, eh!)

Alas LSU defeated my Auburn Tigers in O.TMenolly wrote:Thank goodness for you all. We had a bye week, and with preparing for Wilma, I didn't see or hear about any games at all this weekend.
So I take it Auburn won, whereas UT and LSU lost? Who beat UT? And what about 'bama?

Just got back from the Florida/Georgia game. I'm hoping my hearing and my voice have recovered by tomorrow.
What an experience!
