title me!

I give up. Halp.

I've tried everything to make a title. I've fiddled endlessly with my profile. I read through (okay, mostly through) the FAQ. I tried to buy a title at the Shop, but the Shop informs me, unhelpfully, that I already have title priviledges.

What am I missing? Why can't I do this simple, simple thing? Why do I remain, tragically, Jwaneeta The Untitled?
