If we can figure out transportation back to MIL's, Paul says we can go to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Chr-stmas Show in Madison Square Garden Monday night!! I still don't have tickets, so my seats will suck, but I am really looking forward to going. I don't think they ever come anywhere near Gator Town.

David Gilmour is planning to release a solo album in March 2006.
Maybe a tour will follow-up?
(Found out Blue Oyster Cult played, unannounced,
last weekend here in the Tampa area.
I wonder why there were no advertising for the show???)

Just watched "Island Jam" video and the instrumental sounds great!
Kind of a blues tune.
Has Guy Pratt playing too, who played with Pink Floyd on "Momentary Lapse Of Reason" tour.

I get the email about David and his website is new.
I looked at the tickets and they are about $100.00 each for the Chicago show. But, I am just kidding myself. We could not afford to fly up there, pay for the hotel/food/transportation and the tickets and still manage to meet our monthly bills.
Sucks to be me....
And I love David Gilmour...

It'd take you a long time to blow up or shoot all the sheep in this country, but one diseased banana...could kill 'em all.
I didn't even know sheep ate bananas.

But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.
Full of the heavens and time.

Julie and I went to see George Strait at the rodeo last night. he was great. (we saw him a couple of years back) played a good mix of older and newer songs. big surprise was his Texas swing cover of "Folsom Prison Blues" great show, George gives you your money's worth.

Well, it might have taken me seven hours of continous refreshing, and only leaving my seat once for a toilet break.
But!
I've now booked tickets to two Radiohead shows on their forthcoming theatre tour in May. One standing and one seating.
I am SO bleeding happy. I'm also about to collapse.
Edit:
I bought another one
