Yeah I love the show where they all get together, I thought it one of the best ways to do a tribute by bringing a ll th Dr.s and a pretty good sampling of the baddies all together.

When I was younger I never payed any attention to the props and cheap effects.
When I got older and into theatre I watched the same episodes again and laughed at the styrofoam and cellophane stages.

But to this day I would Pay almost any Price to get my very own Sonic Screwdriver..!!!!!

the magic of Doctor Who is that my dad watched every episode that PBS put on. my dad was not a fan of the genre but he loved Tom Baker. we would watch the show and I would always be stunned that my dad was a fan.

I think i starts tomorrow?
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

The Cat episode looks odd, but I will reserve judgement. I absolutely cannot wait to see the Cybermen return, and for the end of season revelation.

Well I have seen the first episode(the Cat one) and it looks pretty good. Made me laugh, the new Doctor is quite good but I liked the other guy before.

I'm a bit concerned about Tennant, reading that he is a bit over the top - but so was Baker. As I said, I will reserve judgement.

Accidentally caught an episode yesterday.

The writing, acting, plot...everything was dreadful. David Tennant is horrific, lacking presence, charisma, or anything other than a vague impression of being a tourist with a growing sense of being lost. Ugh. Kill this monster before it infects us all.

Which Baker, there were two, Colin and Tom? Most likely you're refering to Colin, since Tom was really a long time ago.

It doesn't matter how long ago they were, Taraswizard. I'm actually referring to Tom Baker.

The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances definitely deserve awards. Both were brilliant.

Watched the second episode, it was quite good. Bit like Dog Soldiers... especially when the guy decides to fight the wolf with a sword.

His apparent immortality just increases my pessimism. Seriously, despite looking about 19 he's actually 35. He's looked exactly the same for the last 15 years. He will be the Doctor forever.

He does look too young, but then again, they said the same about Davison.
