If you think NWN is hard to script in, the Oblivion editer is ten times worse. Good luck to you!

OK, the "Despiser's Doom" torrent is up.

You can get it from thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3479217

If anyone's not familiar with torrents, the easiest client to use is probably the one at www.utorrent.com/

Okay, pretty cool there is some nice hak packs there. The opening is a park and it has a swing and a jungle gym, along with a parking lot and some cars. Haven't been able to move from that area, talking to Lyton just kills you it seems. Anyone else play this?

Lytton is suspicious of people who aren't from Earth. Make sure you're playing a human, not an elf or a dwarf.

What the heck is a torrent? I downloaded whatever file that is, and added it to my NWN mod folder, and nothing? Something must have gone wrong, because a nwn mod takes a little longer than what, 30 seconds to download? Help?!?!

Yeah it's a pretty big file, and on another note, the extracting program doesn't put it in the game directory structure. You have to do that yourself.

A torrent is a small file that contains information on how to download larger files. If you open it with a program called a "torrent client" then the larger files will be downloaded automatically...there are several different torrent clients you can use, but the one at www.utorrent.com is probably the simplest.

(When you're downloading a file with a torrent client, you're also sharing the parts you've downloaded with other users...this is good because I've got a slow DSL connection and this lets everyone get the file more quickly.)

Buckarama reminded me that I forgot to put in installation instructions. Basically the ".mod" file goes in your \NWN\modules directory, and the ".hak" files go in \NWN\hak
