Yeah, we actually had a BBQ tonight and had possum fillets! Tasty. I am making Son of Seareach a possum blanket so we need to catch as many possums as we can! ;)
and a pair of mittens for winter.
You should see my "knickers"!

Man, it's actually really offensive. You try being on drugs that make you unable to peform your job or make you so damn tired you sleep some of the day or can't think properly at night. Then come back and tell me if the joke is funny. And dont use some alternate identity.

Yeah, I understand. I was just trying to lighten the mood, but I know sometimes that just don't work.

:-x First thing when I got up this morning, I had to go chase the dogs down. This has been an ongoing problem since January, when they "learned a new trick", ie, digging under the fence. My husband has been going to line the bottom of the fence with concrete, not done yet. He's at work, the dogs are home and safely secured in the dog run. (They don't like that at all!) Gives me plenty of time to decide which one's I'm gonna kill...........

dan you know I made a temporary block. I'm just a bit pissed off and moody because of the drugs. I'll unblock you.

Sorry.

Well, I'm about to go to bed but wanted to say I feel great!

Had a lovely chat with Lore and Revan (and Lucimay...albeit short).

It was fun! |G

It's really nice outside. Very bright. The wind feels great; it's going about 16 mph and is warm-bordering-on-cool. Think I'll go jog.

Thank God this is the last day of the work week. Of course that also means, that since it's my Friday, I might get stuck working all of the midnight shift for overtime in addition to my afternoon shift, rather than just part of it. :faint:

The kids are both sick with bad colds/sore throats and I seem to be coming down with it, too. :( I just got home from a run to the grocery store for serious amounts of popsicles. 8)

I hope to spend all afternoon planting flowers tomorrow. :) And maybe on Saturday I can finally get time to work on making an on-line album for my son's European trip pictures. :) Well, I'll probably spend all weekend blowing my nose and running a million loads of laundry, but in an ideal world I would spend it planting my garden and playing with photos.

Foul - this morning I saw a news report on your town on MSN news. 8) They were talking about how the city is bringing in a lot of jobs from overseas companies these days and how much it is improving Rome's economy. 8)
Love as thou wilt.

That's nice to know, but I'll be a Londoner in three days. ;)

Frustrated and bloodless. I'm in hospital for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, which is pidgin Greek for 'I don't know why there are no platelets in your bloodstream, but it's making you bleed into your skin.'

My platelet count is supposed to be between 150 and 400 billion per litre. This morning it was 2. Not 200, not 20, but T-W-O, 2.

They're not releasing me until they can build it back up at least to 20, so I won't be in danger of bleeding to death if I cut myself.

One damn thing after another, ain't it?
