All the Australian games have been exciting so far - a great team performance, apart from "Igor" the goalie.
What about Graeme Poll, the ref, forgetting to send the Croatian off after his second yellow card - what a muppet. At least he managed to give him a third yellow and eventually sent him off at the end.

Yes, Ghana would have gone on anyway with a tie. 
And, as I say to my children whenever they whine about a game or a match they are competing in - bad calls are part of any sport with referees/umpires, etc. Bad calls usually can and do go in both directions. If you accept the breaks in your direction, do not whine about the ones that go towards your opponent.
We've been watching the World Cup everyday since it started, even while during our vacation - my kids being such hard core soccer players. We have been enjoying it greatly and some of the teams we have been rooting for have included Spain, Brazil, and France.

Just double checking, as I have about 50 Korean Village residents in the Commons Room right now currently watching the game.
