Ken Lay

Post by Sandgorgon rider »

What kind of conspiracy forum is this? It has been a full day since the "death" of Ken Lay and there is not a single conspiracy theory posted. I am not sure if he faked his death with the help of the government and is now lying on some tropical island somewhere or if the Bushies killed him because he was about to go public with all of their dirty secrets in retaliation for not sparing him from prosecution. I tend to go with the second theory as I know the government has been breeding telekinetics with the power to stop people's hearts with mind powers.

Big Dreamscape fan, eh?

He certainly picked an interesting time to die.

My first thought when I heard that Ken Lay had passed away? "Lucky bastard."

I figure it's just keeping with his m.o/; bail before you have to face the consequences.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. Maybe - but it is interesting that he died just before he would've negotiated with prosecutors about his sentencing... The guy who was a part of Cheney's Energy Task Force, the guy who had secret meetings with the Guvvernator just before the rolling blackouts in Cali...

I thought his survivors got the money clean and clear, due to the timing of his death?

I believe that the timing of Lay's death may allow his estate to escape the criminal fines, but it is still open to civil lawsuits from various parties.
