Lord Foul wrote:Just bought the Brian Eno and David Byrne collaboration, "My Life in the Bush of Ghosts." AMAZING. Definitely in my top 10 albums now.
Glad to hear you like it! It's my 2nd favorite "non-Talking Heads" David Byrne album. (My 1st favorite Byrne solo project is The Forest -- Eno wasn't involved, if you're keeping score.)

Just listened to the Beatles' Rubber Soul and Revolver (Millenium Remasters). Yes, noticeably better-sounding (more "alive") than the original CD releases.

Eh? Where might I come across these "Millennium Remasters"? I've been aching for a proper stereo mix of my favorite band!

Pelican- Austalasia
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Foul,

Hey I'm pretty optimistic. Roxy was fantastic on their 2001 tour and Bryan Ferry sounded good on his last studio album (in 2002), and Eno is still a god (much like Ferry is). ;-)

Rise Against - Just got the CD off a friend.
