Don't get too excited. Cal (even though I am a Badger man)is set for a big year while TN is in mucho trouble. Cal may well be in the top 10 all year, with Notre Dame and Ohio State. My badgers are going to suck tail.

Yeah, I don't know if Cal is just vastly overrated or UT is vastly underrated, but it was a great game for the Vols. I just may have to get excited about football this season after all.

Yech! Humble pie with a side of crow.

Still Cal would have won that game if Tennessee wasn't playing at home...
and our starting cornerback wasn't out for the season
and our starting tight end wasn't injured in the opening kickoff
and if the ref's weren't so unbiased
and if UT's players weren't bigger, stronger and faster than Cal's players
and if Cal hadn't been outcoached
and if Cal's players could block and tackle
and if Cal's quarterback could throw the ball
and if Cal's receivers could catch

Great game by the Volunteers! I don't know what happened to the Bears. Hopefully everyone just had a bad game and they will bounce back. Good luck on a great season :D

Only 2 weeks 'til the showdown between LSU and Auburn.

Can't wait for that one..., right Sunbaneglasses???

And it is in Auburn???

Maybe Les Miles will light up a cigar in the middle of your field after the Tigers kick some War Eagle *ss!!!

(let the trash talking begin!)

Unfortunately I am afraid my Auburn Tigers may get shown up as an average Auburn team Saturday. Then again,I have been trained to think like this by years of Auburn laying a turd when expectations are high. Then again, most Auburn fans are happy if we just beat Bama, and we have done that for how many years?

I thought only Tennessee was guilty of doing that. ;)

OK, I'm back just in time to trash talk with Don.

Playing the Vols at home after a week where they nearly embarassed themselves? I think the Vols will be hungry to prove themselves better than the Gators. And the Gators may be feeeling overconfident after their win last week, even though it as a non-SEC team...

But still...

Go Gators!!

Less than an hour 'til kick off in Auburn.

Wow... what match ups so early in the season, in both SEC divisions.

Awww Don...

But the Vols truly made us look bad for more than three quarters of that game.
