I'm feeling tired, but semi-human. I spent most of the day relaxing, some of it napping, and some of it reading. I started Lord Foul's Bane again, and I should be done with it in a couple of days, maybe less if I can read uninterrupted for a couple of hours.
Other than that, I had a fight with my Ipod Nano today. Actually, I had a fight with Itunes and my Nano both. I installed the latest version of Itunes, and went to update my Nano. Suddenly it says that my Nano is corrupted, and will have to be restored.

So I pick it up to check out what is going on, and accidentally click on Korean (I think) language. Yeah. So now I have absolutely no idea where I am in the menu, and randomly click on things like a. . . well, like the illiterate person that I was. I eventually get the bright idea to disconnect the ipod and reboot the computer before reconnecting it. So I do that. Success! Now I carefully click on English as my preferred language. Then I scroll down through the playlists, only to find that my Nano is completely devoid of music.

Luckily I have almost everything saved in my Itunes library. IF I could get the damn thing to work, that is. So then I had to have it out with the Itunes program (don't ask how long that took), and had to restore my Nano. Once it was restored I was able to upload all of the music that was in my library. I think I lost a few songs, but I'll get it straightened out eventually. So now I have a functioning Ipod again-- a must for the treadmill at the gym, and for doing paperwork at the office.
Anyhow. . . that was one of the highlights (lowpoints?) of my Saturday.
