This was actually asked and answered in the Gradual Interview

One issue however, that has always stumped me in my reading of the Chronicles are the Words of Power. Clearly there are only six mentioned and as Kevin’s Lore is now extinguished, will we ever learn more of Kevin’s Lore and the Words of Power? Will the seventh word of power that has alluded us, be revealed? ...

As I've said before, I'm simply not willing to comment on what may or may not happen in the next three books of "The Last Chronicles." I deliberately left out one of the Seven Words (and several of the Seven Wards) from the first trilogy. In that way, as in many others, I'm trying to suggest just how much has been lost through the interaction between human despair/carelessness/poor judgment and Lord Foul's destructive desires. ...

I'm a newbie; I haven't read all the gradual interviews at SRD's site. Guess I'd better break myself in right proper and head on over there. Thanks, Watchers.

Ahh Nom! There, one that for me just wins out over Melen A.

But it would have to be a simple "Nom." without an exclamation point, since the name is just as awesomely powerful in simple utterance...
Cowboy: Why you doin' this, Doc?
Doc Holliday: Because Wyatt Earp is my friend.
Cowboy: Friend? Hell, I got lots of friends.
Doc Holliday: ... I don't.

Has anyone ever seen fan art for Nom?

I'd love to see some renderings from people that can visualize and draw.
