Oh yeah, Lost In Translation - that ending bugged the hell out of me at first, but I've come to love it.
"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

i love that it allows for you to decide what Bill says to Scarlet at the end...
instead of force feeding you something that may not live up to the mystery.

I'm adding two more:

Any Given Sunday - the polar opposite of every formulaic "rag-tag bunch of under-dog misfits" (read: DISNEY) sports film ever made. Oliver Stone's finest work, IMO.

Very Bad Things -
Spoiler
Everybody gets f**ked, but especially Cameron Diaz.

A couple of classics I haven't seen mentioned

Gone With the Wind- Scarlet "Tomorrow is another day"

Roman Holiday- Gregory Peck thinking and then slowly walking down the hallway of the embassy

and from my teen years

Some Kind of Wonderful- Eric Stoltz character "You look good wearing my future"

Oh, another one:
"Fearless" -- this is the Jeff Bridges movie, not the Jet Li one ....
The ending always makes me cry.
His choking sobs of "I'm alive!" get me every time....
shivers just thinking about it.
what a perfect ending to a great movie.
