Well alright this is my idea. this could be made into the most amazing movie ever with the right people making it. The producers, directors etc etc etc really need to have a love for the story, not the script, the novel. if we can all recall for a second, so many books are butchered by hollywood. why would we put on the like such an amazing story like this without it turning into another harry potter? (which the books were WAY better then the movies. i refuse to watch the movies). hollywood doesnt seem to have the feel for the story as much as the fans do. For example, RENT. im not sure how many of you are fans of musicals but hear me out here. RENT on broadway is like jaw-dropping. the movie left the Broadway in shambles. it was horrible compared to the broadway production. i just keep thinking what if hollywood does the same thing to these books?? like what happens if the person cast to be Thomas Covenant does a horrible job? we wont know, and that will leave so many not willing to read the books because the movie sucked, when we are the ones who know that the movie did no justice to the book whatsoever.... just what if ya know?
