Will Chastus be convinced of your worthiness after he repeatedly stabs, strangles, and crushes you, yet, due to our near-indestructibility, fails to kill you? Or will he bind you and carry you off, forcing you to waste a turn and your Divine Power in freeing yourself?
Or is he actually one of the Old Powers of Eiran, and actually has the power to kill you?

I am the self-fulfilling prophecy. Give love, and you WILL receive love. Let your every answer, your every action and reaction, your every desire, be rooted in love.

I have nothing to do with the attack Norn. In fact:
I think the death gods are up to no good!Darkstaff, an evil necromancer on the southwestern peninsula of Olaern, starts summoning the souls of Jastrau's dead worshipers and bind them to tortured undead bodies for the army he has been building together with Veria, another necromancer whose souls come from another god.

This foul soul-thief and his accomplice (who it seems we can assume supplied the undead for this army) will be dealt with, don't you worry.jastrau wrote:I have nothing to do with the attack Norn. Not one of mine, dear Lady.My brethren, recently a man named Chastus arrived at the gates of Avenberry and called me to battle, declaring that I am not fit to possess the divine power that I claim.
I did not choose to ascend into the heavens when I saught to escape the rivening of the earth and yet this was the result of my flight. I believe that being a deity brings great reward but also great responsibility. Since the time of my re-awakening I have made every effort to prove worthy of that responsibilty.
Therefore I ask you all if this Chastus worships one of you, or if he was sent to denounce me by one of you. I desire no vengeance if this is the case - simply that you would have the courage to voice any disatisfaction you have with me honestly and openly.

Hail Divine Brethren!Undine's research is complete
I have imparted to my worshippers the knowledge to produce fresh drinkable water from contaminated or sea water.
If you consider that this ability would be useful to your situations, I am willing to negotiate and dispatch worshippers to aid you if necessary.
My thanks to those among you who have helped in this process. Rest assured that this will be taken into consideration during any negotiations.

Nor Yekith
I will be sending three emissaries to Nor Pupae to help your plague ridden people in what way they can. Mainly by demonstrating usefull farming techniques applicable when the number of people to grow crops have been tragically reduced.
I hope and trust that you will influence the king (who must be quite worried) to welcome and protect them.
This is not an act of proselytism. There will be no preaching.
Yours divinely

"Oh of course," the Navigator said with faint mocking in his voice, "you have probably heard of House Praetus. We have a palace on Holy Terra. Like all powerful groups, we also have our enemies. Do you honestly think someone like you matters?" - A dissolute noble.

Maeror:
To show my appreciation of your freeing the souls of my departed worshippers, I will grant you a shrine in Linver. The shrine will be constructed if you can demonstrate to me that the souls of my departed are not suffering in your realm. Rumours have flourished, that your realm was an everything but pleasant place to stay. Naturally, I don't believe such nonsense at face value, but I will not willingly take chances with the afterlife of my devoted followers.

So Bretheren...
Plagues, Crusades and now Nephirthos, an ill wind from the past that bodes nobody any good.
Still, what once was his sphere is taken by another now...perhaps we should see how he manifests this time? But I recommend everybody bear in mind that something may have to be done about this.
And this crusade? Adamorn, I was under the impression that your people were believers in justice? We all know there was no treachery by the Dwarrow. I thought we had amicably agreed that no-one was to bear blame for that tragic mistake?
If you are truly just, should you not reign your followers in?

And you propose to clear the matter up by crusading to "rid Eiran of the dwarrow scourge"? Have you taken leave of your senses my brother, or has the spirit of Nephirthos won control of your heart? Where is the justice in genocide?Lord Adomorn wrote:Such an insurection of my own followers is unacceptable. Be assured that such treachery is not to be tolerated. This matter will be cleared up shortly.
~Lord Adomorn
Tell me Adomorn, what will you do to those innocent dwarrow who slay your children in defence of their homes? Are their lives forfeit simply because they are the servents of Simjen, simply because they were born dwarrow? What of the children of Simjen's people? Will you spare them? Or are you incapable of mercy? Your actions disgust me, yet I am saddened to say that I expected little less from you. I only hope that you will be halted in your madness before every last dwarrow is lost.
