Nah, it's true enough. The flavors have a chance to meld together. That's why chili should alawys be made at least a day before eating it.

Good idea. The family is going to make some chilli dogs tonight. The chilli won't be able to sit for a day, considering time constraints, but I suppose making it a few hours before dinner would be better than nothing.
