Uh, me stupid - cruise around watch, not find explanation why Last Chronicles forum locked down...?

Like danlo said, the Runes forum and Fatal Revenant forum are open. You just can't post in the main Last Chronicles forum.
Well, the Last Chronicles Forum doesn't have to be locked.
I could unlock it and let people discuss general Last Chronicles stuff there.
But no one has really complained to me about it, so I've left it the way it was, heh.-jay
