Richard Wright and Albert Camus...

Post by Holsety »

Does anyone have suggestions for critical essays, reviews, analyses, etc on the works of Richard Wright or Albert Camus? In particular, ANYTHING about Richard Wright's novel The Outsider, which is the principal subject of a 12 page minimum paper I'm completing for an english class, would be extremely useful. After that, the works I am most concerned with are The Stranger and Native Son, but I'm confident I'll find something on those if I take a few mins on google. For those, I'd ask for any articles or stuff you guys know of in particular about those works.

I need at least 15 sources in my bibliography, and so far I've found pretty nothing that addresses The Outsider at length. It's nice to feel like a pioneer, but not if it's going to hurt my essay because I'm missing goddamn secondary sources.

EDIT-Maybe this should be in general lit; I'll leave moving, if appropriate, to the mods.

Is this the same Richard Wright from Pink Floyd?? I kinda doubt it, but I hadta ask.... he's the only Richard Wright that I know of...

And Albert Camus sounds familiar, but I can't place it at the moment. I'll do some research when I have some more time.....
