Mad Hatter

Post by Mad Hatter »

Syl wrote:Reminds me of the old BBS days. We used to have a game called Mad Hatter. Basically, someone logged in as the Hatter and left clues to their real identity. Whoever guessed who it was correctly got points and became the next Mad Hatter.
:EDIT:

Here's the rules. Each Mad Hatter will post a hint to his/her idenity. If you have a guess as to who it is, then PM the Mad Hatter profile with it. If you're correct, you'll recieve a PM with the username and password, where you can then post your own hint.

Also, when the Mad Hatter is unveiled, make sure you post in this thread who you were, and announce the next Hatter will be around soon.

Have at it!

Anyways, Hint One.

I've been here for going on five years, but have only recently passed the Five Hundred post mark. Seems a little sad, that's true. But I like to think I'm not unknown around these parts!

Wow. Great job finding that and running with it.

Because im pretty sure i know who it is.

Wouldn't work to guess it here. Everyone would know that you were the one who got it right, hence they'd know who the Hatter was next time.

 Good point.

I feel I should know...the hint rings a distinct bell...but I can't think who it is...

My first guess was wrong. Still waiting to find out about the 2nd.

I made a guess too. I think the hatter might be exaggerating the amount of time they have been here?

Alas, I was unveiled for the Balon that I am!

Also, sorry 'bout the time sequence, that late at night, and months start to not matter. 2 + 5 = 7. As in 2007.

Whoops!

Now remember, the next Hatter will not be me. So please, don't fill my inbox!

I also thought of another guideline; When your in the Mad Hatter profile, try not to change anything. And when you do find out the password from the past Mad Hatter, don't go in unless its your turn. 'Kay?

Have Fun!

Mad Hatter II speaking.

The determination of the proper clue is a difficult thing. I have settled on something very obscure.

I made Vain speak. I made Vain positively verbose!
