I feel... naughty, and a bit dirty. I just saw those pictures of Daniel Radcliffe, (sp?) aka Harry Potter, for his new play... and I kinda liked them.

I mean, dude needs to bulk up and get a tan, but they were still good pics. Wish I could go see the play.

'Kay, so I had to go look, and now I feel naughty and dirty too. Nice pictures, though--his physique reminds me of of Cellini's Perseus. The male form does have its own beauty, doesn't it? :D
yup. Me too. Had to perve at Harry Potter sans robe.

Bit o'sun would do him good.

Am I the only one in the world who doesn't prefer tanned skin? I mean, I rather take people as they are, so I can't say that I have a preference. On the other hand, my friends wanted to set me up with a body-building bartender who constantly tanned and spent loads of time perfecting his "look." While he's a nice guy, he would be a poor fit for a boyfriend, as I'm not a person who is focused on looks and maintaining an "image."

Besides, I tend to date guys who are very intelligent, usually nerdy/geeky/bookish, and yes, pale. :D Why is that? I'm not totally sure, but I would guess because I am nerdy/geeky/bookish and pale too. Either that, or else it's the vampire/goth mystique from my younger days that I can't quite shake off. *shrugs*

Well, then, moving on. . .

From the perspective of where I live, then anyone WITH a tan is autopmatically suspect. Washington isn't exactally Sunfest 2007, know what I mean? :D

For me it's all about the intellect first. Wadds, don't read this, seriously, don't....Matthew McConahey, cute yes, attractive? not after I saw him interviewed and realized the guy is dumb as a stump. The Rock, hot but not HAWT HAWT HAWT until I saw him hold his own with David Letterman and then make fun of himself in other interviews. Smart AND funny? That gets me every time. I've dated some beautiful men but I married the cynical, sarcastic chubby guy with the permanent acne scarring and the dry sense of humor. Granted, I am divorced now, but my longevity noteworthy and best relationships have always been with the intellectual guys. Making me think and making me laugh are way sexier than the flash.

Yes indeed!!! And honestly, my first big heartbreak was with the town's "Golden Boy", and ever since then I am actually put off a little by guys that are overly handsome--they make me worry. ;)

Which to this day explains why I am tethered to the beauty that I am! You able-minded, sexy gals are great!

Haha, I read it Jenn :P Sorry. And I like pretty men for what they are: pretty men. The Rock though.... Dwayne Johnson... /drool. Sexy AND well spoken, intelligent, whatever. Dude, he's dreamy.

Anyway, ya'll can go on about "boys who stimulate your mind" and all that crap... and you can have them. I dated an "intellectual" once. Pissed me the hell off 90% of the time is what he did. You want to better yourself?? Good on ya. You want to sit around all day at a coffee shop and discuss it? Yeah, not so much. I don't need a savant. I also don't need someone with the Rock's body, pretty as it is to look at. On the other hand, I don't know what the hell it is I need. If I did, I'd like to think I wouldn't be a serial dater.

(Congratulations, Waddley, you've just alienated most of the smarty boys on the Watch... good on ya, child.)

I'll still be yer Watchy-man, Wadds! I ain't terribly hard on the eyes, and gosh knows I am a verbose, well-read goon.

Don't forget to watch for me and my non-Watchy girl on Monday!!

I'm still glad it's Friday but I am now a bit irritated. First time customer and he has to be the most arrogant obnoxious jackass I have met in a long long time. But then, what should I expect from someone who drives a complete penis car.

Vette. Black one, 2006. He actually made a point of making look at how much money he paid for his tires.....paugh, idiot. Then he tried to tell IGOR how to drive his car! AND warned me not to let my technician scratch the rims when we mount the tires. Then he asked where there was a nearby bar so I sent him up to the Double Play on the corner, mind you it's 1:30 in the afternoon. Frikkin A**munch.

Crap! He just came back and is wandering around the shop.

Here Gil, your daily hug from me! |G

So, I went out in the shop and told this guy that he's not supposed to be out by the equipment and he says, "Oh I know, liability and all that." and just keeps wandering!! 8O So I said, "If you please." and gestered towards the office. He walked towards the office and then whipped out his cell phone and is now leaning by the front of the building talking loudly to someone about some chick.
